This is easy. Select a category from the homepage. Within the category you will find products on offer. Choose a product and you will be taken to a detailed product review, including a description, zoom in, and dimensions. Should you love the bag, select ‘add to cart’ . The cart will pop down, confirming the selection. You can now choose to continue shopping or go to checkout. In checkout you can review your cart. You will then enter your shipping and billing address (if you are buying for the first time) or go straight to ‘proceed to purchase’.
You do not need an account to shop on Bloss & Co.
If you register though you can:
- Review your orders
- Request a return or exchange directly from your account
- Add items and items to your wishlist
- Receive mails with special promotions or new products
- Save your address and card details to shop quicker the next time.

Yes we do, although kindly note, we only ship via courier internationally. However depending on where the item is being shipped to, delivery can take up to a month
Festive Season 2016/2017: Orders will only be dispatched after 10th January 2017 if ordered after close of business 19th December 2016.
In Johannesburg delivery will be the next day if dispatched before 10am. Thereafter it will be overnight. Deliveries to other regions will take 3 to 4 working days.
Delivery usually takes place within 2 or 3 weeks following dispatch, however, seasonal peaks, delays in customs and other factors such as erupting volcanoes and other things outside of our control may on occasion cause delivery to take longer.
Our couriers, Fastways, generally deliver from Monday to Friday between 08h00 – 12h00 and 14h00 – 17h00.

Your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once your package is delivered and signed for it is no longer insured.
Packages do need to be signed for as we cannot authorise delivery without proof in the form of a signature.
Before your purchase has been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change it for another colour and change your billing or shipping details.
We are unable to add to an existing order or combine orders once they have been placed.
You can certainly change your shipping address after the first order. For your first order you need to use your correct shipping address ie your home or work address.
Bloss & Co will provide a tracking number via email when your order is dispatched and you will be able to track your order on the courier’s website.
You have 7 days to decide whether to keep your items. We will collect them from your home, work or alternative address free of charge. Request a returns number from your Bloss & Co account and we will book a collection to send your item/s back to us.
There are two ways in which you can be refunded. You can either have the refund issued to the same credit card you used or keep it as a store credit. Shipping costs are not refunded free unless the item is faulty.
It may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Gift vouchers will be available for purchase online. The virtual gift card will be mailed directly to the recipient. If you wish to purchase a printed gift card, it will be shipped to you.
For the virtual card, you may choose the amount, enter the recipient’s name and email address, include a personal message and then add the gift card to your cart.
You will be notified by email as soon as your virtual or printed card has been dispatched.
To purchase multiple gift cards, and have them shipped to different addresses, you will have to repeat the buying process and the shipping charges for each card will have to be paid.
